Watusi meat has a buttery, rich, better-than-beef flavor, yet it has 24% less cholesterol and 47% less saturated fat than standard choice beef. The rib eye steak is cut from the high end of the rib loin section. It is a perfectly marbled steak, creating full flavor and tenderness. Best grilled or broiled. Additional information

Season both sides to taste. Grill or pan-cook over medium flame or heat, four minutes per side for medium rare, or broil as desired.
