If Purchased Direct:

Allowance

A 100% refund for the cost of the returned product will be issued for returns made within 30 days of purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable. Consumers must pay for return shipping costs.

Proof of Purchase Required:

We must be able to locate your account in our system. We require your telephone number and correct billing information.

If Purchased Through One of Our Partners:

A 100% refund for the cost of the returned product will be issued for returns made within 30 days of purchase, with attached receipt. Shipping charges are not refundable. Consumers must pay for return shipping costs.

Proof of Purchase Required:

A receipt clearly stating the product information (name and cost) must be returned with the product.

Consumer must call into our Customer Care line at 866.298.2740 to receive an R.G.A. (Returned Goods Authorization) number*.  That number MUST be put on the outside of the box or the package will be returned to you.  Consumer is responsible for the return shipping cost to King Bio, Inc.  We suggest using UPS or USPS with a tracking number in case of a lost shipment.   Refunds will be issued within 2 – 4 weeks from return.
