King Bio FacilitiesThe following explanations offer more information about each step in our contract manufacturing process:

Step 1. Planning: Properly planning the manufacturing of your natural medicine product is vital to your success. The first step in creating a product is communication. Our team of experienced product advisers will work with you to determine what product best meets the needs of your target demographic and yields the highest potential for profitability.

Step 2. Formulation: If you already have your own formula, we can manufacture it for you with strict confidentiality and full regulatory compliance. If you would like King Bio to help you develop a custom formula, we can provide you with the support and expertise of a team of knowledgeable staff members who can help you design a formula that is uniquely yours.

Step 3. Production: Once your product formulation is ready, our highest priority becomes quick product turnaround time, without compromising on quality manufacturing. Product turnaround time will depend on the availability of raw materials and production scheduling capacity.

Step 4. Product Testing: All finished products will require certified lab testing (both microbial and stability). If you do not have access to a certified analytical testing lab, King Bio has working agreements with multiple analytical (certified) labs that we use for this purpose. Our staff will work with you on this requirement.

Step 5. Label Compliance: King Bio will work with you to ensure that the labels on your finished product are compliant to all FDA labeling guidelines and standards for pharmaceutical products.

Step 6. Packaging & Labeling: A label is the first interface between your product and a potential customer. The right design, packaging and information displayed will speak to your target demographic about your product and company. These elements have the potential to tip the scale in your favor not only to make the initial sale, but also to gain repeat business. Labeling design and packaging is a key promotional tool for all your products. Once you decide upon the packaging for your product, King Bio can consult with you on your label design, and if you choose to have cartons, on those as well.

Step 7. Fulfillment*: King Bio offers you a total package, from research and development (R&D) to fulfillment. This is an option to consider if your product is in its start-up phase. In order to save your time, space, money and manpower, which can affect bottom-line profits, King Bio can provide a safe and controlled environment for warehousing your products. Your assigned adviser will discuss your needs and budget, and develop a fulfillment program that considers both.

*Fulfillment is an additional, fee-based service.
